Weatherseal - £5000 for a garage door

An elderly relative signed up to have a garage door fitted by Weatherseal. The door has been fitted (badly in her opinion - it leaks) and she is now looking at a bill for just less than £5000.00. Does anyone know if this is the 'going rate' for a basic garage door. As far as I know Weatherseal are a reputable company so I can't believe they would have taken advantage. Please comment

Five thousand pounds?! Oh dear... Five HUNDRED pounds would have been more like it. You should be able to replace the entire garage for less than £5,000....0

What makes you think this is the branded company weatherseal, get hold of the paper work and start looking, this has all the hall Marks of a traveller scam.
Answer the following.
Does it have numbers that are landlines, or mobile numbers, where does it ask payment to be sent ?
Did they provide a written quotation ?
