I'm just buying travel insurance for myself and my girlfriend for our holiday next month.
However a section of the form asks
'Has ANYONE travelling under this policy suffered from, been prescribed any medication, received any treatment, or attended any consultations, investigations, follow-ups or check-ups, for ANY medical or psychological conditions in the last 2 years?'
My girlfriend broke her nose and had it operated on last year. Do I need to declare this?
Thanks for any help in advance

Best declaring it, then you have covered your own back (and hers)
It really wont be a problem.
I have osteoporosis, declared it, they asked me about broken bones and I had a broken rib about 4 months ago, everything was fine, no extra charge.
And welcome to the boards, by the way.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Thanks for the speedy reply McKneff. What made me unsure was that when searching for 'broken nose' there were no results, however I've now found a general 'broken bone' category. As you say better off covering ourselves for the sake of a tenner.
Thanks again.:beer:0 -
Who are you insuring with, there are lots and lots of comps who wouldnt dream of charging extra for this. Robbing sods, I really cant see a future risk because of an accident in the past.
Try AA or Top Dog Insurance.. AA insured me and my OH for £16. for 3 days foreing travel. He has major sight problems and COPD, I have medical problems also so the price was great
None of my business I know but you can only get isnurance for a couple if you live together.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
