Unwanted Item

Can someone help with this one please - short story!
Purchased water butt from Mailshop online - they quoted 7 days delivery, item did not turn up - called them (on expensive phone line) They said 28 days delivery, I cancelled and they refunded my credit card.
A few weeks later - guess what, water butt turns up!
Have e-mailed company 5 times - no answer. I refuse to call expensive phone line. I have also said I will donate to charity if they do not respond, where do I stand?
