Parcelforce lost my item but won't refund me - help please!

            I wouldn't bother with the LBA, the Royal Mail are exempt from legal action, they have Royal immunity from civil action.
You need to exhaust all the appeals procedures with them.0 -

            So just to update on this....I sent the appeal letter off about a month ago and last week received a cheque from Parcelforce. It was only to reimburse me for the lost item though, there was no refund for the cost of posting the parcel (£14). I am thinking of applying through the Postal Redress Service to claim some compensation due to the time, hassle and additional costs incurred in trying to sort this out. Parcelforce = never again!!0
