My Husband brings home appox £860 a month I receive Pension of £441 a month of which £379 is for my mortgage.
I sign on each fortnight but was told I am not entitled to any benefits, tax credits.
I was told I maybe entitled to DLA and ESA due to mental health problems. Cany anyone advise what I maybe entitled to as basically we are living on one wage packet a month at minimum wage.

if you have care and or mobility needs you should apply for DLA,i`m not sure if your pension(not state pension i assume?)would affect an esa claim0

If you sign on each fortnight and are not entitled to any benefits then I assume you applied for income based JSA (not entitled to contribution based JSA?)
If you were not entitled to contribution based JSA then I would assume that you are not entitled to contribution based ESA (please correct me if I have my facts wrong)
Please tell us what you applied for as regards the JSA.0
