Trouble listing an item

I am trying to list a pair of used adidas trainers and this message pops up and wont let me list them. I am verified and using the UK site. I dont know what to do 
anyone help?!

Can you just use one of last weeks items to "relist"?It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0
