Scottish Power Cashback : "Resolved but Unpaid"

I've just had my cashback claim rejected after 4 months by TopCashback because ""Another marketing channel was credited with the sale".

I know that this is nonsense as I do not use comparison sites and all cookies etc are cleared properly before each and every transaction.

Anyone else had this happen? I had a similar issue with Quidco some time ago which miraculously ended up with a full payment being made, it would be a annoying if the same thing was going to happen again.

    its very commoun for scottish power, they did it on me via quidco before
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
