Make cheques payable......?

I am about to take on the bank and try to get my charges back. However as I am horribly disorganised my records aren't as detailed as they should be so I am going to have to get the list of charges from the banks data people.
My question is to whom do I make the cheques payable to if I am sending the suggested £10 to the appropriate addresses? (Barclays and Barclaycard) I have looked through the threads but to no avail, if anyone can help me it would be very much appreciated.

I would suggest that "Barclays Bank PLC" would suffice.
