Thanks for the new thread Itzybitzy and hello to the new girls. This thread has really sorted me out and my stash is massively down since last September, so stick with it.

The thing that did it for me was realising that I was performing warehousing duties for free on behalf of Boots and TK Maxx.......

Anyway, new month and new UUs.

M&S 'senteurs blanches' shower cream. Looked gorge - came in a silver tube with rustic-looking French label on it. Smell was nice but quite talc-y and not as good as I expected (label boasted of white flowers and lemon essential oil) so probably WNBA. Especially when the new Palmolive shower cream (orange blossom, divine) is only £1.15. Resisted the temptation to buy 3 for £3 in Asda, I was so proud of my restraint!

Laidbare 'hair today, gone tomorrow' gel. Is supposed to discourage hair growth, or at least slow it down. I use it on my bikini line, any excuse to put off the excruciating waxing! Thing is, I don't really know if it works. I could have done a controlled test where I applied it to one half of the bikini line but not the other, but if it did work I'd be lopsided!!!! So I never risked it. Not sure if I WBA.

Boots coconut & almond shampoo. Tried this to see if cheaper shampoos work as well as the more expensive type. This was £1.02 or some other weird sounding price. Did the job OK but maybe a bit basic so WNBA, nothing wrong with it but a bit zzzzzzzzzz.

Boots no 7 quick dry self tanning lotion. Let joy be unconfined! I've finished the wretched stuff! I WNBA. Here's what's wrong with it: feels slimy, difficult to rub in, tends to go patchy, takes ages to dry (seriously, who ever thought they could get away with calling this quick dry???? It is such a fib). Bizarrely, the colour is better on the second day than on the first but by that time bits are wearing off. Don't bother with it, is my advice. You can get much better self tanners.

The No7 tan used to be much better but when they "improved" the formula, it became sticky and the colour isn't as good! It used to dry quickly and fade evenly with no patches. Shame I have 2 bottles left (one in each shade)!

Woohoo. Thank you so much for this. This may have saved me from the TSV. Have just read on st.com that the kit is going to be £43.50 plus p&p. for 7 pieces. I think I'd rather get hold of a couple of copies of Red to stock Emma up on C&P than spend that kind of money at the mo. Really do want to hold out for the OPI TSV and the Elemis JL offer.

Thanks for the heads up on C & P. I am going to buy a copy to try LE out. Never had any of her products before and with the praise I have heard on here about it, I feel like it is worth a punt.

Now I really must sort out the toenails tonight. I am still in my Uggs but the weather looks set to heat up. I might need to get my feet out :eek:

I know there is a certain taboo about the Argan Oil which was in the Amarya Box but i bloody love it LOL - I have been putting it through my hair and leaving it overnight since we got it and boy does it make a difference. After washing it out in the morn it is so soft!
My hair has volume.....which it didn't have before!
