Has anyone upgraded to Vista using the special offer after buying a new computer?

With my computer came an offer to upgrade free to Vista before 15th March.

The offer directs customers to

http://upgradeweb.moduslink.com/vista

However - as my computer was built - I cannot select a company and the second option for 'built' computers only seems to cater for US customers.

How can I get the upgrade?

I have emailed moduslink to no avail.

Did you receive a leaflet with an number on it or some kind of invite, even a receipt?
