Advice on budgeting loan / crisis loan please ?

Hi , I'm looking for some advice on the above matter .
I'll not go into great detail - but here goes .
We are overcrowded in our current home .
We have recently registered with the local council in the hopes of getting a bigger property .
Yesterday we have been offered a suitable house , but it's all happened alot faster than we thought it would .
We were hoping to have some money saved by the time we moved , but it's all happened really fast ( 6 weeks )
I have been claiming jsa since early jan this year , but was on sickness leave from work last year july until the end of dec .
I had to leave on medical grounds.
I had the option of claiming esa , but chose to find employment , which is easier said than done recently
Any way I'm going off topic , I've been reading about budgeting loans etc , but you need to have been claiming means tested benefit for 26 weeks , which I have not .
There is going to be alot of outlay with the new move and we simply can't afford to cover the cost of the move / decoration etc , and survive day to day .
Is it black and white , you need to have been claiming jsa for 26 week's or is there some leaway ?
Or indeed any other help we could get with the move .
I sign this wednesday , but thought I would ask here first to get any advice.
I'm not asking for something for nothing , I fully intend to pay any loan back , it's just times are hard .
Thankyou.

its not a crisis situation, i'd be going to the CAB and asking for advice, but it might be some thing like the social fund you could apply for.0

Sorry , I was just using it as an example .
Yes it is the social fund , I have just read a little more , but it's just the 26 week bit that worries me .0 -
The 26 week criteria is non negotiable, you will not qualify for a budgeting loan. I also doubt that you would qualify for a CCG.
Moving house does not need to be expensive - hire a van and ask friends to help out, and do the decorating when you can afford it.0
