Hi everyone,
Apologies if there is already a similar thread somewhere else, I did look through but couldnt find anything.
I started a claim for my bank charges with HSBC a few years back and it went to court stage but was put on hold. This was about 2009 I think?
Can I continue my claim or have I lost?
Im a mum of two children and am pregnant with my third therefore I dont work. My partner works full time and we dont claim any benefits (other than child benefit). This is the only income my account sees and often I go into the red when direct debits come out. Do you think I can go down the financial hardship route to continue my claim?
Any help would be brilliant.
Thanks in advance
