Which Virgin - Media, Atlantic, Mobile, America? What have they done?

I struggle with the Indian call centres..particularly when Virgin use them for the 'fault line' but on the whole I find their Customer Services to be pretty good

I agree with this, the level of customer service in the Indian call centres is far lower than that of the British based ones (and I'm not particularly anti-Indian call centres - the majority of them can be pretty good).

The other day my dad phoned to find out his virgin media password as, in the 15 years they've been customers he has never used the site, the woman on the phone spoke to him like he was a complete idiot and even spelled his name for him 5 times to ensure he was spelling it right. He ended up pointing out that he is aware how to spell his name having had it for 58 years!! :)

I thought this thread was going to be about someone who has suffered constipation since birth - thankfully it wasn't.
