Competition Terms & Conditions
- Entry for prize draw will close on 9th May 2012.
- Prize draw will take place on 11th May 2012
- The prize will consist of a case of 12 bottles of Henry Westons cider.
- The competition is only open to adults aged 18 or over, and verification of age may be requested.
- The prize will be awarded to the first entry chosen at random after the closing date. The draw will be supervised by an independent person.
- The winner will be notified by 15th May 2012.
- The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative
- Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason.

just a heads up that part way through the survey there is a form to fill in to join focus groups in the South West and the West Midlands, where they will pay £40 for your attendance - this isn't the entry form! the form to win the Cider appears at the end of the survey
