DLA Appeals, Newcastle.

Quick question.

Has anyone from Newcastle had to appeal their DLA decision. Do you have an address where information relating to the appeal was sent, please.

Many thanks :)

Not in Newcastle, but what stage are you at? Have you already sent off the form (GL24 I think it is called), formally requesting an appeal?

What will happen, is you'll get the appeal papers, i.e. the claim form, other submissions, some paperwork from the DWP, then some correspondence from the Tribunal Service itself, which will provide an address for you.
