MBNA,Morgan Stanley and Citibank

Dear All

I am sending a SAR letter to all three cards above however I do not have my account numbers as these accounts were closed about 7 years ago. I do know that I had PPI with all of them. If I supply my name date of Birth will they send me the original agreement or do I need to give them my account detail. Also is ther an address for Citibank and MBNA to send this to.

Yes that should be fine, give them as much info as possible in order for them to track down your accounts.

I was going to say at first, it any of them were taken out with your bank, by using your bank acc number on a SAR they should provide details of all accounts taken out by them, and in that case if you have a local branch, you could have called in, and they would have checked this out for you.

But yes that should be ok.

Thank you so much for all your replies. This has been really helpful. I have my bank details which the payments came out from, but since this was more than 6 years ago my bank do not have the details. Am I right in reading the reply right that if I give them my bank account number in SAR they can trace all my details.
