Can anyone advise?
A company director, rather that take a dividend which would I understand be after tax on profits, wants to invoice for services to a company. What are the restrictions?
They do a genuine amount of consultancy work but are post retirement age and don't like the idea that the company has to pay NI for them when they receive a salary.
