Still heard nothing. Story of my life.
At least when I was with The AA, they let me put AUTOMATIC, and provided me with an automatic hire car while my Fiesta was being repaired.
I can see elephant (Bell / Admiral) providing a manual - if ever I have a bang and needed an automatic hire car.0 -
I have now written and sent a letter to the CEO of Admiral and into the secure email form for Elephant. I explained my issue which took two full A4 pages and then wrote an A4 page on how frustrated I was at the service and finally threatened them with the Financial Ombudsman - It'll be interesting to see if they respond to that quickly. - We shall see what happens....0
