Have any Santander current account customers come across the time scale that the bank complies with to inform customers of a blocked debit card or declined debit card transactions ? Please quote the text or URL.
If not, is there anything similar in general terms about accounts? There is provision in the online banking T&Cs about how quickly they will do this (not applicable of course).

There is no timescale as far as I know.
If your card stops working you get in touch with the bank - when they are happy that you are genuine they will release the funds again.
Nothing at all in my T AND C about this sorry.0
