Trojan.vundo help??

Hi, has anyone come across this virus at all? I have it on my pc at home and Norton cannot delete,,quarantine or fix it. It's totally killing my computer and I can't get online to do anythign about it!

I've run that four times now,but it doesn't remve the virus :mad:

Did you run the tool in safe mode? and did you remember to disconnect from internet? (unplug to be safe)

try running it in safe mode. to access safe mode tap f8 at boot

Try the vundofix tool from here http://www.atribune.org/content/section/4/30/

Then get rid of norton and put avg on.

After running Vundofix, please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt along with a HijackThis log.

Not quite sure how replacing Norton with AVG is going to help though. There are no anti-virus programs to my knowledge that can fully remove this infection.
