Switching Home Insurance - M&S

My home insurance is up for renewal at the end of the month, currently with direct line but they want £444 :mad:
Just been doing some reading on here and comparing some quotes and Marks and Spencer seem to be good value for money. For the same cover they are £276
Has anyone used M&S before who would recommend them or not recommend them! Seems to be a big price difference and I hope I haven't missed something

Hi jonny - I am with M&S for home, car and pet insurance!! They act as middle man and find you the most competitive quote. Have been with them about 8 yrs now. Do you have the &more card? as if you do you can get bonus points too.
