The Times Online

I am well and truly fed up with the The Times online. Somehow they have managed to screw up our password because we can log into the www.thetimes.co.uk just fine but cannot log into the My Account section in order to review our subscription choices.

Doing this makes the site ask us for our password again and it won't recognise the password.

I've been emailed the customer services several times and they keep saying they are working on it. I don't think they are doing anything unless we get on the blower. Why can't they look at their emails and do summat?

We have reset the password a few times and this isn't working.

We tried several browsers and different pcs with no results. Deleted cookies - nope.

Ok Rant over. Anyone else have the same problem?

To answer this, this would entail giving money to Rupert Murdoch.

I used to read the Times on line, but no more, I object to the pay wall and giving the dirty digger more money so get my news elsewhere.
