    £245 wouldn't be so bad providing i had guaranteed hours. We're just scraping by at the mo and i have hungry mouths to feed so i'll consider anything.

    No continuity so they can just say thanks and give contractual notice.

    No minimum hours so they can just say no hours.

    Don't agree to any deductions.

    how do they calculate holidays?

    What's the notice in the contract? is it fixed term?

    If you or they give notice there is some protection on pay if they try to give you zero hours.

    They calculate holidays by the hours on my contract (40) which is the only good thing to come out of this. My contract ends early October.
