Where to put all the money?

Hi MSers ,
Finaly got an offer accepted on our dream house, and our place is sold.
Now I am trying to organise my finance so that they are readily available when needed... At the moment, all our savings are scattered over several Savings accounts/ISAs with very different level of accessibility.
I was wondering what other people do with their hard saved money?
I was thinking of opening a high interest rate current account, which would pay around 5.3% gross APR.
Any suggestions welcome !

might have the wrong end of the stick here but if your looking for somewhere to put money you already have (ie from the sale of a house) id go with the A&L DirectSaver, it's 5.80% on savings between £5,000 and £100,000 and instant access (by online transfer to an account of your choice).
Only possible downside it it's net Banking or Telephone Banking only but i've not had any trouble with mine, and it's monthly interest so you only get interest for every full month, make sure to enter at the end of one month and lift at the start of the next to maximise savingsDon’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.0
