    No it's not, and it wasn't "hearsay", it was my personal experience and reported in good faith.

    I have quoted an enabling clause in the Confidence Code and have said I stand to be corrected if you have knowledge of the action taken by Consumer Focus when/if they are so informed. I also provided a plausible "speculation on the conjecture" as you challenged.

    You on the other hand have failed to substantiate your position which relies on whatever action is taken by Consumer Focus.

    And of course Atlantic is part of SSE, so just look for their tariffs as that is all you wil get from Atlantic anyway
