No it's not, and it wasn't "hearsay", it was my personal experience and reported in good faith.
I have quoted an enabling clause in the Confidence Code and have said I stand to be corrected if you have knowledge of the action taken by Consumer Focus when/if they are so informed. I also provided a plausible "speculation on the conjecture" as you challenged.
You on the other hand have failed to substantiate your position which relies on whatever action is taken by Consumer Focus.0 -
And of course Atlantic is part of SSE, so just look for their tariffs as that is all you wil get from Atlantic anyway0
