What no-claims discount should I be claiming?

I was driving accident free for 200,000 years and accrued 200,000 years no claims
Whilst my car was parked at work it was written off (unknown to me) - a bit of detective work from me & a week later I found video footage showed a lorry wiping it out - drove off - insurance company 'Swift' couldn't be bothered to look at the footage and wrote my car off instead causing a claim on my insurance
Swift said I would only lose 'a couple of years' off my no claims
I have since changed company - claim was in 2009 (which i have to declare) - declaring 5 years no claims inherited from swift + 1 year with another company
getting complicated now
What no-claims discount should I be claiming?
2012-2009 (3 years)
Swift + another (6 years)
200,000 - 2 = 199,998 years

If you're over 200,000 years old I think your no claims discount is the least of your worries...0
