  • they have a magic show at the pancake house which is good, also my dd who was 3 did some stuff in the little clubhouse nursery thing, she did a fairy activity thing which was fun and an arts and crafts painting sessions.

Haucks has a lovely play area which she can play in while you have dinner and the sports bar too.

If you have facebook then check out the CP page, it has loads of tips from CP goers :)
  • looked at the options which isn't much for sub 3 year old.

prices seem steep for 30-45 mins session.

Does anyone know how long it takes to walk from Swimming Pool to the Indoor courts say?

when we went with kids that age it was an ideal opportunity for toddlers to learn to ride a bike in a safe environment....also ours loved being pulled around in the bike trailers - it became entertainment for them in its own right...

Have you thought of taking your bikes or hiring them? it does seem to be one of the main things you can do at Center Parcs that you can't do at other holiday parks.

plus there is a big free outdoor playground..

    swimming is free as well..

We used to go swimming in the morning - cycle back to the villa (with kids in trailer) , have lunch and then go cycle to the playground with kids on their own bikes learning to cycle / cycle back to villa for rest / read / snack / and then with kids back in trailer cycle back to the main complex for kids disco / meal.

To be honest in an evening unless you eat out in the restaurants and let the kids play in the soft play areas - which you have to supervise a lot when the kids are the youngest ones in there- there is not much to do in the early evening with little kids. Even having a meal in the restaurant felt like one of us could eat and the other had to be in the soft play watching them as there were much bigger ones in as well.

The prices for the bookable activities is really expensive.. the kids disco was free when we went but not particularly good - just a room with music and lights but no where for adults to sit and relax..the bar was in a room next door..so you had to stand up and watch them or else they could escape into the bar..

but that was a few years ago..

Walking from the pool in the main plaza to the sports area takes about 20 mins, with a walk downhill on a zig-zag path. However you can catch the land train that runs every 20 mins. This is great fun for little ones. Buggies can be taken onboard as long as they are collapsed.
Our children have been going since they were 18 months and always had plenty to do. You can get a babysitter if you want time on your own.
  • Thanks

20 mins is fine as long as its dry
Little lad out on his balance bike on flats an do a couple of miles

Soft play, how big are these and are they free? Where can they be found

I like the idea of kids disco, I can't find the info for it where, when, duration etc

I have only ever been to eleven. I would say due to the cost none of the activities are worth it for a 2.5 year old. Playground and pools everyday and watching wildlife passed our time. You will not be bored.
