I got the van towed back to the dealer and he has since called me a said the timing belt snapped causing the valves to bend and damage the head. He refuses to return my money or repair the van at his cost however he has since proposed he gets the van repaired and we split the cost 50-50. What should i do? Any answers will be greatly appreciated! Thanks
