Firefox and Email problem

Hello.
I upgraded to Firefox 12 last night and now my "mailto" seems to have disappeared.
What happened before I updated was that when I clicked an email link it would open in my Gmail as I had set the "mailto" to open in that application.
However, now mailto is missing in the "applications" part of the settings and I was wondering if anyone knew how to get it back?

ETA: Nevermind. I fixed it. When I went Googling before, nothing came up. However an extensive search showed that it was most likely a corrupt mimeTypes.rdf file in the Profile folder and I just had to close Firefox, delete the file and then open FF again and it would create a new one.
