I have used this service from them a couple of times and found them to be very good. The service was fantastic, and you could not ask for nicer people. I used the Bognor Regis branch.

Oh please don't use Kwik Fit!

The charges for their services aren't that bad, but they find fault after fault after fault with your car when really there is nothing wrong. Been told several times that they have a certain price they try to get out of every customer going through the doors.

Use a local garage, or as recommended on this site, a council MOT testing centre.

I can well believe this. I take my car in for a new tyre, it needs four new tyres...I take it in for a new exhaust, and surprise! it needs another new tyre... There is always something else.

You need to be careful wherever you go.
But over years I have found Kwik-Fit good as they do job immediately, which other garages don't do.

    Job is done & finished.

My only experience is when I went in for a couple of new tyres.

They quoted me £350, which I thought was high (had other quotes around £160), so I went to a local garage and in the end got exactly the same tyres for £135.

Once someone's tried to rip me off once, I generally steer clear.
