Driving without due care and attention
Hi,
My wife has been summons for an accident last year. She intends to plead guilty although she will complete the mitigating circumstances section of the form. She only works 5 hours per week and therefore her salary is low. She has to complete a statement of financial circumstances. As all the household bills and mortgage, etc. comes out of our joint account should we complete the form based on our joint outgoings?
Many thanks

On the Statement of Means Form, Section 4, and then the 4th item down is there not a space that asks "Partner's income including benefits" ?"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -

Yes there is but section 3 wants the outgoings listed and I'm unsure if they are asking for our joint outgoings or hers as technically we outgoings are joint.0 -
I can't think it would be anything but household expenses - not the proportion that you might work out is allocated to you.
Otherwise splitting the expense would get too complicated - 50/50, but what if you have children, or split according to your relative incomes, or split by how long you each spend in the house each day.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0
