Replacement fascias, soffits, gutters etc

Am thinking of getting mine replaced rather than continuing to repaint them every few years.

Anyone in Leeds area had this done who can provide me with feedback on possible costs but more importantly recommend a good installer?

this company will give an idea of supply only prices. give you a starting point.
cant help with a leeds fitter though.
any local builder can do it though. ask family and mates etc.. for name of a good builder.

I had my facia, pipework etc done by facia mania, which is a large company in Nottingham. I was quoted by various people and these were probably the most expensive (£3,500) but I was most impressed by their spec. Wheras many of the others were willing to nail plastic over the old wood they would not entertain doing that.

In the event the scaffolding arrived the day before and two men turned up on the specified day. They remove the bottom layer of roof tiles and all the guttering facia soffit etc. They they attached extensions to the roof joists and all their bits and pieces were attached to these. Then they felted it and put the roof tiles back in place. (Including replacing some tiles that were not in good condition because I made them lots of tea and some sarnies)

Their paperwork said that any telephone wires etc would have to be disconnected and re-connected by BT (It would have cost £85 and wait for a month before BT could do it) but I explained the situation to the
fitters and they did it for nothing. Excellent workmanship and materials and I expect the roof to see me out!!

I have googled them and some people complain about the salesman doing a hard sell but nobody complains about the quality of workmanship. I didn't have any problems like that.
