Usually I send our details when renewing our WTC over the phone, however this year my husband has some losses to set against our income and we've not done this before. I know there's from TC825 which is all very straight forward, but can I simply let them know everything over the phone as usual or will they want to see evidence of our income/losses etc. Thanks

you can tell them over the phone. Just make sure you give them the final income totals. I would fill in the TC825 and read it off from that.
