Jet and Replace old drains

Options
I have recently bought an old house that is due renovation and the first thing we need to do is fix the drains.

as the property is very old the drains are still clay so will need to be repalced.

I have spoke to a few drain companies and most will not give me a price without jetting the drains for which they will charge me from £150 plus vat.

I have got one drain company who have given me a price of £695 plus vat to jet, dig and replace the drains, they have also advised that if I want a manhole cover it will cost an extra £80 plus vat.

the length of the drain pipe will be approx 12 feet
