Help - Ombudsman

I raised a complaint against First Utility last year. The Ombudsman found in my favour Dec 2011 and issued a 28 day binding agreement against First Utility. It is now the end of April and nothing dispite ccontacting the Ombudsman every 2 weeks since the end of Jan.

What is my next course of action, as I am not letting it go?

Why are you having to contact ther ombudsman every 2 weeks?

What replies are the ombudsman giving you?

are the supplier providing further representation?
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

So has the ombudsman given a decision as the supplier wouldn't provide a resolution you agreed with? If so, did you agree ti the ombudsman decision? Its 28 days for you to agree, not for the supplier to take action.

It sounds like you need to speak to them as I presume you are mailing and getting no response?

A timescale should be submitted by the supplier for you. If that hadn't Bern done, the ombudsman should be escalating the lack of compliance higher in their organisation really.
