Charge letter..list or photocopy of statements?

I'm at the stage where I need to write to the bank to tell them about my bank charges that I am claiming for...do I send in a photocopy of all my bank statements? Or produce a list on excel just detailing the charges?, Regards Denise.

Just send the spreadsheet listing the charges and dates and amounts.the way forward is the consumer action group .co.uk0 -
