How much should upholstery cleaning cost?

I've never used upholstery cleaners before and wondered what is the going rate in the SE of England for stain removal ( soup, about the size of a tennis ball)?

Also, what is the usual cost of covering a sofa with stain-resistant stuff?

TIA

Someone at work was going to get someone in to clean her sofa. In the end she hired a rug doctor from B&Q (With the upholstery tools) and has said it did a wonderful job.

You can also do your carpets whilst your at it :)

    Hiya :)

I think the best place for your query would be our I wanna Buy it (or do it) board, so I'll move it across for you.

    Good luck :)
