Tribunal

Just out of interest been round the houses with this one. Can a tribunal make an estimated decision or does it need to be factual based on the evidence before it.
" in my opinion the appellant had a likely income".
Short answer... yes they can.
Slightly longer answer... and so they should, especially if he is deliberatly not being open and honest about his income.
This might be an obvious point to make, but in any case to which this applied, it would be the gentleman's own children he was seeking to deprive.

Ok fair enough i value your opinion and i shouldn't have buried my head in the sand 10 years ago.
It would appear that the tribunal judge didnt read the CSA's submission where they have admitted they screwed up. There is no time limit for fixing assesments however the judge that done my recent tribunal had dealings with other late appeals which she refused. Biased or what.0
