Tribunal

Tribunals are allowed to estimate income using whatever evidence seems the least unreliable. What they cannot do is just give up and say that because the parent will not disclose his income (or not disclose it realistically) that he has no income.0

I am going to write to the tribunal and ask them why they agree with the csa in using the same dividend figure for 3 different assesments over a 2 year period. It would appear that the tribunal agree with the mistakes the CSA have made.0

You need to ask for a 'Statement of Reasons' I am not sure but think there is a time limit on this! You need to check.
There other 'Back Doors' that can be used if it is deemed to be out of time though so don't give up.
Best of luck.0 -

I asked for a set aside , statement of reasons, etc.
What back doors ar they because they kept coming back and saying out of time on 3 seperate occasions (including the one that heard my case so thats why i have asked for it to be set aside as she knew a backround to my case)0 -
Then you Appeal the decision not to review, they then have no option but to grant the whole appeal.
Remember that the whole thing is time sensitive.0 -
Theyre dealing with my set aside where they ask the other party if they would like to comment. The other party hasnt been to a tribunal once but was happy to stir up crap with the CSA to get me in this mess. I should have dealt with it at the time.0

As this has been going on for more than 2 1/2 years and has cost me my marriage and financially crippled me i felt the need to complain to the tribunal service for screwing up yet again. I asked for a paper hearing yet they decided without telling me it should be an oral with a financial member present who at the hearing agreed with me about the accounts payments etc yet the tribunal judge (senior) screwed up and didn't read what the upper tribunal had said on my previous flawed tribunal.
As my case has been converted to CSA 2 there is very little notes on my old case according to the CSA. Is this another cover up or a balls up yet again.0 -
The cost on personal life that these people cause is very high, and you have my sympathy on that count.
You might like to try to get your MP to give ICE and or the Ombudsman a nudge, also ask them to go to the Minister, it all helps!0 -
MP is a waste of time as they had buttered him up and he explained how much of a wonderfull service they are doing by removing peoples driving licenses and jailing people. ICE understand my complaint however due to the backlog isnt going very far.0

I spoke to my MP on Saturday and told him that the 2 CSA officers that attended a face to face with him present had lied in front of him. I have had lots of unanswered complaints where they have wrote back and said my letters are circular however they informed me today the complaints are getting dealt with.MP wants copies of all my paperwork from the tribunal.
Wonder why the change of heart :rotfl:0
