Contacting Avon and Getting a Response Help?!

As title suggests I've been trying to contact Avon for several weeks now and I've not heard a single response.

My complaint is acknowledged on phone, with the promise of someone getting back to me..... Never Happens

Writing letters to head office...... No responses

Sending Emails..... Ignored.

Any other suggestions please? I'm sensing a CEO email may be handy here if anyone knows one

What is the nature of your complaint, is it something an agent could deal with or even the agents area manager.

There is a list of local agents on Avon's website.

Thanks for the advice but its concerning a product problem, was hoping I'd manage to get contact from an Avon Company rep here, xx
