Conventional boiler - £2800

Options
Quote from Help Link; Worcester Bosch Greenstar Ri18kw, moved to the loft, inc. boarding the loft, fitting a light and loft ladder, 10 year warranty subject to annual servicing, 2 years interest free.

Anyone think this is reasonable for Hampshire.

Has your home been inspected before this quote given?

Seems a bit high for this boiler and also is your loft high enough to get the F&E tank at least 1M above the boiler and all pipe work?

Hi, yes the guy came out and viewed, infact seemed a lot more thorough than others who said the new boiler could go in place of the old (in the landing cupboard) when there isn't enough clearance!

He proposed going to a sealed system so negating the 1m (which according to WB technical is only 0.25m anyway).
