Blackberry - going around in circles!

I had a replacement BB9900 and have tried to access my old email/login details i.e. XXXX@blackberry.orange.co.uk but it keeps saying "password sent to email address" - the problem is, I dont know the blooming password so cant access the email address!
I just seem to be going around in circles.
Has anyone, any idea how I can reset this please.

Wouldn't you have used an alternate email address to have the password sent to.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0
