ASDA TCP Fine should i ignore 13th day

That's the spirit, buddy, ignore the car park pirates and give their bosses a hard time. If enough people did that they might start to wonder if they really need a parasite infesting the car park, and boot them out.
Better place to shop? Look for anywhere that doesn't have a parking company!0 -
I stormed back into ASDA asking for an explanation where i also met another elderly couple who also had been served a ticket for same reason. I demanded to speak to manager who then eventually came outside where i showed him the problem, he agreed with me but said he could do nothing.
Isnt the manager responsable for all of his/her employees on site including their conduct towards his customers?
Isnt the parking company a contractor working on ASDA's car park with the permision of the manager?
someone on here managed to go down the parking company guilty of harrasment route, and they ( calim to have) got some money in compensation, as the parking compnay is/was harrasing them.
Now if the manager of the store allow the parking company to opperate upon his car park, isnt He/she responsable for their actions, and by extension the manager could/should also be held acountable for harrasment??

"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -

"High-sided vehicle" bays, whatever next "red vehicle only" bays?
Might be worth contacting the local newspapers and sue Asda for harassment.0 -
Was it not Asda who were bemoaning the drop in their takings, and having fewer customers?
Do we need to look any further than what happens in their car park for the explanation?
A scammed customer is an ex-customer. Strange they can't see it when it's obvious to anyone with half a brain.0 -
It's a shame that most of the supermarkets now employ the scammers, unless the car-park is managed by the council, so it's a bit hard to ignore the supermarkets which make use of the scam artists.0

That saved me having to copy & paste it again.
I wonder if "high sided vehicle" is instead of "goods vehicle". People using estate cars have successfully challenged this.
PS. "ASDA TCP Fine". Buy another brand of antiseptic next time.
