I've ordered the shopping. It's coming tomorrow. Unfortunately spent over £50 but under £60.
I think I've forgotten how to shop superlight. I'll just have to see how much money I have left next week for the last shopping of the month. I'm hoping I'll be okay and not need to use the vouchers.

I've caught up on the diaries I like to read on here. It's always encouraging to see how other people are doing and get money saving/debt busting ideas.

Going to get my VW on ebay tonight and see how it goes.

It's a new day...I like that!

Today I get going on my next assignment. I've already started a bit of it so I just need to continue. No idea how long it will take to finish but I will try to get as much done as I can today.

I also have a courier coming for an ebay sale for a friend and the shopping delivery. I'm hoping to have coffee with a friend at some point this week so thought I'd make today a staying in day.

I also need to ring or email about my vax. I think the motor has an issue. It's smelly. I'll see what they can do.

And the VW still needs to make it on ebay...today, it will happen today!.

So, I may just do my assignment up until lunch and then do my other bits and perhaps do a bit more after that.

I finally got my VW listed on ebay. Here's hoping the blasted thing sells. I also listed the rest of my textbooks on Amazon.
I've rung vax and they are sending me out some kind of pack to get my vacuum cleaner picked up and looked at.

I'm plodding through my Uni assignment. I'm getting stuff done at least rather than wasting time but I do need to crack on with it from tomorrow. I may start on the next question cause I seem to be a little stuck on the current one

Other than that, I've just been planning. I have a 5 year plan on the go in my head and I will write it down on here in the next day or so.

My VW had 36 watchers when I logged on this morning...yay! Of course watchers aren't bidders and it's very early days. Here's hoping someone falls in love with the old girl.

I've done a bit of a meal plan to see me through till the 1st. I'm hoping not to have to buy any meat in next week's shopping. That should keep the cost down.
The freezer is going to be pretty bare by the end of it but it gives me an excuse to clean it out and start again.

I checked my accounts this morning and they are looking okay. There is still money in them at least, just not very much. I should be okay till pay day. Bring on the 1st of August...

I have a confession to make. This assignment writing stuff just isn't happening. I'm really struggling to get my head in the game. Every night I go bed determined that the next day will be the day I get stuck in. It's yet to happen.

This morning, though, I have at least done something and after writing this I will do a bit more, but I've really had enough and I just don't want to. I guess this is life as an adult, doing stuff whether you want to or not.

Of course I have a very cuddly kitten (Spike) today, who won't sit anywhere else but snuggled up as close as he can get. It is very sweet but a little unhelpful!

Money-wise...I've changed my ebay auction to a classified ad. I'm not sure if that was a wise move, but DH knows best (!) I'm going for coffee with a friend this afternoon. I can't wait. She's lovely and just moved back from Aus. I'm really looking forward to catching up.
Leftover veggie lasagne tonight, which mean tonight's planned tea can do another day. I like it when that happens.

That's it so far. Now back to my assignment! :cool:
