Hiya - I feel that i should know the answer to this question, but I don't so any help gratefully recieved:j
I own a flat (in scotland) and have moved in with my partner (we are getting married in December  ). Anyway I have tenants in it at the moment, but its not covering all my costs anymore. Its one more stress on top of a million other things. I am keen to consider selling, but only if it will make a certain amount (roughly). I therefore want to get a valuation done.
As i'm not sure whether I'll actually sell or not I don't want to get a fancy survey at a huge cost. Does anyone know of a more mse way to find out what it's liekly to sell for???
I have used the free house price searches, but no recent similar properties have sold so not loads of use.
Thanks x

Get an estate agent round. They do them for free and will give you an idea. If you are serious of selling then get 3 agents round and get the average, some agents valuations can vary by some margin!Come on baby, in our dreams we can live on misbehaviour.
I can see the carrot at the end of the tunnel0
