Installing Disabled Toilets

Hi all,
In my local Royal British Legion Club, we're looking to upgrade our toilets to include a dedicated disabled toilet - we currently only have, as I like to call them, strain handles ! We're going to do this as it's for the benefit of our members, but, being a small social club, funds are "stretched".
Does anybody know of any schemes in which we may be entitled to a grant towards the work ? A quick google only seems to show information on grants for the home.
Many Thanks

I'll take that as a "no" then !
Not to worry, I shall keep digging.0 -
Is your club in a building they own, or is it owned/used by other groups? (if used by others maybe ask if they'll help pay for it).
I don't know of any funds for clubs to get disabled facilities unfortunately:(0 -
If you phone your local council they may be able to give you details of any local organisations who can advise about grants for such things and point you in the right direction.
A social group I attend for disabled and over 50's is currently trying to pursue grant funding for an IT room plus 2 disabled toilets and I know it's somebody from a council funded organisation in Bexley that has been advising where grants may be sourced from. The group has already had funding via grants to help towards social activities for members. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0
