OP, they are completely incorrect as long as your registration date or Suuplier Start Date (SSD) is after the end of your contract.
I suspect they are using the Receipt date of the Data Flow which would occur sooner but it would have the future date in it.
Raise a complaint, they are either doing this as a sharp practice or out of incompetence.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
