The Good Home Store - Groupon

Hey,
Anyone else buy the Groupon for the tent and sleeping bags from this god awful company?? I redeemed ours on the 27th March and STILL not heard anything or received our items! :mad::mad:
Tried calling The Good Home Store and their line is constantly on a recorded message! They are an absolute joke! Contacted Groupon about this last Friday and called to chase this week and was told they had escalated the issue with TGHS and i have to wait 10 working days and the item will be delivered.... I now dont need the item as I needed it for last weekend (bought it in good time for it to be delivered by then lol!), I doubt it will arrive at all, but i have to wait till next friday for Groupon to even consider giving me a refund!! So annoying!:mad:
Anyway, my advice is DO NOT BUY FROM THE GOOD HOME STORE!!!!!!!!!! You can never get hold of them and the goods do not get delivered!!!! :mad::mad::mad:
