Dell 620MT - graphics card upgrade

Hi,
I have a Dell i5 inspiron 620MT, it has a 300W PSU and I want to upgrade the graphics card (currently got a 6450) to a HD6670. I have see that this should be OK PSU wise and is about 3 times quicker than a 6450 according to passamark.
Can anyone recommend if there is any other better GPU for about £60 without upgrading the PSU and roughly what would the WEI be (currently 4.9)
