How do i clam for new look ppi?

Do you mean you are off work ill or made redundant and want to claim on the PPI policy or do you mean you want to complain that it was miss sold to you

I have just found old catalogue statements dating back to 2008 from Littlewoods, Choice, Freemans and Empire.

Can I claim or try to claim PPI using any information from these statements and what do I have to do?

Depends what the statements reveal. Are PPI payments itemised on them?

You don't need statements in order to complain. What you need is a valid mis-selling complaint.
